The world seems unbelievable right now

I was watching this Roki on YouTube talking about how we are living in "the simulation" and I had never really considered it but what he said REALLY resonated with me. Do you think there's any truth to it? I'm not trying to be rude but the world seems completely insane, the people seem completely insane, it does NOT feel real. All the things happening make no sense at all. I am going crazy, that's why it seems so unbelievable to me, or is it the truth?
