This happened to me back in 2011 and it lasted about 9 months. I was in my early 20's at the time.

I met her at a bus stop. She was taking the bus in the same direction as me. We started talking and I was interested in her. She was very unusual. At the time I met her, she told me that she was 20, but I later found out that she was actually 16. But who's going to argue with a younger girl right? I'm embarrassed to say that. But I didn't know any better, and that's my only excuse.

She had a very unusual style. She was very thin, almost anorexic. She had bleached white hair down to her thighs, and she liked to wear belly shirts, daisy dukes, and fishnet stockings. She said that she was into goth culture, but she was also into hip hop and looked like a goth girl trying to be a white girl trying to be black. She had a lot of black eyeliner on, and she painted her lips black. I know it sounds weird, but I found it attractive. By the time I met her, she had legally changed her name to the name of a female rapper. That should have been a red flag, but like I said, I was young and inexperienced.

She asked for my number, and I cruised her for about a month. She was a little clingy, and she constantly wanted to message me. But I was okay with it. She was really supportive of me and what I wanted to do, and she was just a lot of fun to hang out with. However, she had no friends except for me, and she said that she had no family, which was another red flag that I ignored.

I took her to a party with my friends, and she freaked out. She was extremely drunk, and she started crying and screaming. I had to take her home, and she told me that she couldn't handle being around people. I felt bad for her, and I told her that from then on, we would be alone, 1 on 1. Looking back, that was probably the biggest mistake I made.

After that, she just became clingier and clingier. I told her that I wanted to break up with her, but she wouldn't let me. At one point, she told me that she was 5 months pregnant with my child. I didn't even remember having sex with her, because we had been drinking, and I was blackout drunk. I'm not even sure if she really was pregnant. All I know is that I never saw her pregnant with a baby, and I'm glad that I didn't have to deal with a baby mama drama. I think that she just told me that so I wouldn't break up with her. I was in shock and I said yes when she said that she wanted to keep the baby.

Then one day, she broke into my apartment. I came home from work and found her in my bed. She was sleeping naked, and when I confronted her, she told me that she had been sleeping there for a week. She said she broke in when she found out that my roommates were gone for the weekend. I didn't call the police. I should have, but I was in so much shock that I just told her to leave and not come back.

I changed my phone number, but she still found a way to contact me. She showed up at my work, and she even showed up at my parent's house. I didn't know what to do, so I called the police. They told her not to contact me, but she still showed up at my apartment. One night, I came home and found her in my bathtub. She was sleeping, and she had filled up the tub with water and lit candles. I freaked out and I called the police again.

They arrested her, and I filed a restraining order. A couple months went by, and I didn't hear from her. I thought that it was finally over, but then I got a call from a private number. It was her, and she told me that she had been locked up in a psych ward. She said that she was going to kill herself and my parents if I didn't send her money. I didn't believe her until I got a call from my mom a couple days later. She told me that some girl had showed up at her front door and stabbed her. She didn't die, but she almost did. I still feel guilty about that to this day.

I took out another restraining order, and I moved to a different apartment. About 6 months went by, and I didn't hear anything from her. The last time I saw her was at a gas station. She was working there, and when she saw me, she just stared at me with a creepy smile on her face. I didn't stick around. I got in my car and drove away. I never saw her again after that.

I Googled her about 3 years ago, just to see if she still existed. Her Facebook profile said that she was married to some guy and had 2 kids. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that, and I finally felt like I could move on with my life.

So yeah. That's my story about the girl who stalked me.
