If you have a history of anxiety attacks or panic attacks, consider putting yourself on a list for emergency response systems.

I just remember reading an article about a man who was having a heart attack and couldn't call for help, he used his apple watch to call 911 and the first responders were able to find him and help him. I have generalized anxiety disorder and have also had a multitude of panic attacks and I decided to give it a try. I got an apple watch and put myself on the list for emergency services and it's helped me a ton.

When I'm having a panic attack and I'm not able to call 911, the apple watch will sense it and automatically activate it for me and I don't have to think about it. It even sends notifications to all of my family and friends that I have listed in case I need help. It's also really cool because it will automatically list the name of the nearest business to you so that if they're having a hard time finding you they can be more specific, they know you're the man in the gray shirt with dark hair on the corner outside of the dunkin donuts on 5th and main.

The other night I was having an attack while I was at work and wasn't able to call for help, but the watch did it for me. I think it's a really good tool if you have a history of attacks and you're worried about being able to call for help.

EDIT: Oh my wow! I had no idea so many people would be interested! Thank you so much for all the support and awards guys I really appreciate it! If you're wondering what specific model of apple watch I use, I have the apple watch SE. The price of them varies depending on where you live and the storage space you choose.

I use a 44mm watch, with GPS only and have the lowest storage capacity that it comes with. For me, it cost $249, but for people who want an even lower cost option, Apple sells an apple watch version called the Apple Watch Series 1. The apple watch series 1 has less features, like it doesn't have GPS, but it's also a lot cheaper than the apple watch SE, it should be around $100 cheaper.

I don't know much about other brands that offer this feature, but I know that Samsung does sell watches that have the ability to call emergency services as well.
