Incest delusions are making me lose my mind.

I’m having some serious issues with incest delusions. I forgot what started this whole thing, but I never noticed I had this issue before. I almost feel like it was a past life trauma or something.<br>Let me tell you, it is seriously messing with my head. <br><br>I’m so confused right now. I’m seeing my family members as my spouse for some reason. It feels like I’m a husband who’s married to my cousin, brother, and even the 2-3 year old cousin. It started off with the youngest cousin, then slowly my mind started including the others too. I’m getting these delusions of being in a relationship with them, having to divorce them, and then getting back together with them. I’m seriously lost. I don’t understand what’s going on and how to stop this. <br>I’ve been seeing some videos online, doing self hypnosis, talking to myself; nothing has worked so far. I’m unable to stop seeing them as my spouse. <br><br>Please give me advice. I want my life back.
