My friend pulled a knife on someone that looked like the shooter from Orlando

This happened last year but I'm not really sure if it's a lets not meet story. I don't know if the guy has a record or if he will do it again. The guy was hanging out in his lawn chair on the side walk in front of his house right next to the road, smoking a cigarette, and just kind of chillin. I was sitting in my car at the time and it was weird because i've never seen a grown man just doing nothing. Usually people are on their phone, or walking somewhere, or running errands. The guys shirt was also the exact shirt the shooter was wearing in the Orlando attack, and it was like a real-life video game. He looked up and said hi when I made eye contact with him and I politely said hi and then left. A few days later my friend was walking home from work, and he saw the guy walking down the road without a shirt on. He said the guy looked really out of it and stumbled over his feet a lot, so my friend assumed he had been drinking a lot. The guy stopped and said to my friend, you're the guy that said hi to me the other day right? My friend said yes. And the guy said, do you know how much fucking money i have in my pocket right now? My friend said he didn't know, and the guy said it's A LOT! Then the guy reached into his pocket and pulled out a knife, opened it, and said if you ever see me on the road and you don't know if i have money in my pocket, and you don't say hi to me, then....then....i'll stab you! Then the guy put the knife back in his pocket and walked away! My friend said he didn't run after the guy because he didn't want to look like a threat and provoke him. This happened in a suburban town in Washington state, and i'm just wondering if this guy might have been on drugs or if he's just plain crazy
