What is the case for a 30 hour workweek?

I’ve seen some economists push for a 4 day workweek and a 30 hour workweek, but I’m not sure about it. On one hand, an extra day off seems nice. But I’m not sure this does anything for the economy. Do tell me your thoughts, as I’m really curious about this.
