I lied to my gf when she said “are you ok?”

Every day, my gf will say to me “Are you ok” and every day I will say “yeah I’m fine thanks, you” and every day I am lying. She hasn’t asked me once in the past 4 years if I am actually ok or not. I don’t know if she doesn’t care or if she knows I’m lying but either way I fucking hate it.
