My ex housemate who became a stalker after I broke up with him.

I had an ex housemate of mine who I met through Craigslist about a year ago. He was a nice guy, and I didn't have any problems with him at the time, so we became good friends. One night, we were hanging out, and I confided in him that I was thinking of asking one of my friends out, but I was scared. He offered to help me out by making me look good in front of her, and I was like "okay sure", so he made me look great that night, and I asked her out and she said yes, and we're dating now. That was the beginning of the end of our friendship. He got mad and accused me of taking advantage of him, which I didn't do. I was just trying to help him out, but he still got mad. I forgave him and we continued being friends. Then a few months later, I realized that I had feelings for him, so I asked him out. He said no at first, but then eventually agreed to go out with me. We had been dating for a few months when I realized that I didn't like him. He was controlling and he wanted to spend every waking moment with me. I broke up with him and cut contact with him, but he kept trying to get back with me. I told him that I didn't want to see him again and to leave me alone, but he didn't listen. He started showing up at my job, and even at my apartment complex where I live. I got a restraining order against him, but he still kept coming around. I had to change my phone number and move to a different city. He still kept trying to get in touch with me, even though I had never responded to him. He even showed up at my work again, and my manager had to call the police on him. I'm afraid that if I ever see him again, he'll kill me. I've never been more scared in my life.
