How to get into a drug-free lifestyle

Hi! I'm a little bit newer here, but I'm curious, did anyone here post about their own journey? I mean about how they got into drugs and then, how they quit? Or is it a little bit more complicated? I recently started to do some research, did some reading, and I started to talk to people, because drugs have become a big problem in my country, and I think it's really important to bring people out from this lifestyle.
