Break in at my house

So I had a break in at my house. I have the 911 call and police report if anyone cares to see it. I’m super upset and needed to vent. <br><br>I’m heavily armed but they didn’t steal my firearms because they were locked up. I have a vault in my garage that’s bolted to the ground, two ground anchors, and a ball wrench drill bit that I have inside the vault (because fuck you). It’s also the only thing in my house that didn’t have any Windows. <br><br>I come home, and my house is completely ransacked. Nothing stolen but everything tossed. I found my pistols in the back yard of my neighbors yard, and I’m missing 6 mags. I have a feeling they didn’t think they could crack the safe so they tossed everything out to make it look like a normal burglary. <br><br>Looking at the police report it looks like the break in happened at 12:30pm, and the person who called it in at 3:46 didn’t see anything until my front door was wide open. Which was 3 hours after they broke in. So they were in my house for 3 hours and didn’t touch my safe. They didn’t even look in the garage. <br><br>I’m so pissed with my neighbors, I don’t know how you don’t see someone kicking in a front door at 12:30? My neighbors across the street told me they saw a guy with a hoodie and jeans walking away but they didn’t call the police. <br><br>I’m thinking about moving but I’m not sure if I should. I’m not sure if it’s as simple as I have shitty neighbors or if it’s the neighborhood. I’m living in the USA so I guess break ins are normal. I’m so pissed.
