Apparently it’s used in Siberian Russia and Kazakhstan. It’s called the drug of doom and has been catching on like wildfire. They used it by breathing in a bunch of methane then exhaling through the mouth. This is a picture of people catching a high off methane. Most of them are working in a factory.
