What is the best way to convince my friend to vote for Biden?

Sorry if this is a repost but I have a good friend who is a Republican that is going to vote for Trump. I was wondering what is the best way to explain to him why Biden is the best candidate. I have tried telling him how important healthcare is to me and I feel we should have universal health care like Canada, but he did not agree. I am not sure where to go from here and I'd rather not lose a friend over politics.
