AITA for kicking out my nephew for not wanting to bathe with my son?

I (28f) have 2 kids; Sam (3.5m) and a newborn (4mo). My parents are in town to help with both kids since I'm still figuring out parenting two. My SIL (30m) and his brother (28m) are here to stay with me as I need help with cleaning and making sure Sam doesn't hurt the baby.

My SIL has stayed with me a few times in the past and has always gotten along with my son. He's very energetic so I prepared ahead of time by setting up a play room with toys for him. He had a toy box full of cars and blocks. He even had a separate tub time with only boys toys.

When my SIL arrived, he complained about the bath time arrangement and said he wanted to bathe with Sam since he "was a boy and boys bathe better that way". I told him it was fine but he was allowed one hour of playtime before the next kid was put down to be around him. He said that was "way too long" and that he was "still a child" and didn't have to entertain him for an hour.

I had to step in and remind him that I was giving him a place to stay and was paying for his food while he was here to help. He was being unreasonable so I told him he could go back to his room and my dad could replace me. He said "fine but I won't be bathing with Sam" and got up to go back to his room. I told him to please go and that my dad could take over the bath time since he was being uncooperative and wouldn't let me decide what was best for my son.

He started screaming at me saying "I don't want to stay and I'm going to tell my brother what you did". I told him to go and that I had no problem with him leaving. I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to be done with the situation so I told him to go back to his room to pack his things to go. He started running in the house screaming "I'm going to kill myself. I'm so humiliated" and I told him to "go away or I'd call the police".

It's been about two hours since I kicked him out and his brother showed up to pick him up. They've been arguing the whole time and his brother just threatened to "call the police for assault".

AITA?
