I went in for sperm testing and the results weren't great. Non-motile sperm and low semen volume. I feel like a failure.

So I'm 25. I recently went in to get semen tested. The test revealed low semen volume (1.2mL) and completely non-motile sperm. I talked to my urologist and he basically said that there's no problem with my testicles, the problem is in the tubes along the way. He said he would refer me to a specialist but didn't say much else. I'm really concerned that this could be permanent. I really want kids eventually. I feel like there's something wrong with my body and I feel a little emasculated. I'm also scared because my wife wants kids and I don't know if I can give them to her.

Is this something that could be cured? What are my next steps? What's going to happen from here? Any advice would be great.
