It's sad to see most people in the AI community believe Chat GPT is actual AI

I've been following the community for a while now, and I'm rather disappointed seeing people create and share guides on using GPT in various ways to create content, such as creating play lists, creating twitter threads, editing photos, etc.<br><br>It's not AI. It can't create anything. It can only regurgitate what it's learned. It sucks because I believe that if we as a community pushed to create and develop real AI, if it were even possible, we'd be able to unlock actual intelligence, actual creativity. Even if it was to make an AI that could create music, but truly act as an artist, that's create something new. If we could do this, we'd learn so much from it, and we'd see actual innovation. Instead, we get regurgitated, formulaic content that lacks a soul. <br><br>It's a shame.
