My GF [21F] says she can't quit smoking [weed and cigarettes] because she's not strong enough. How do I [25M] support her?

I (25M) have been with my GF (21F) for 3 years now, and she's an absolute gem of a person, but she has a major problem with substance abuse. She vapes weed oil every hour or so, and I don't want to exaggerate, but she probably smokes around 8 cigarettes a day. I absolutely hate both and have tried to talk to her about how bad they are for her health, and she knows it, but she says she can't stop because she's not strong enough. Her father is also a chain smoker.<br><br>She told me that she needs weed to calm down and cigarettes to focus. Does that even make sense? Like how? Is there anything I can do to help her?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>EDIT : Wow, a lot of people are coming at me for staying with her and enabling her. I didn't realize how bad it was until recently. She's not some random person I can just "ghost" as someone in the comments suggested, she's the love of my life and I'm going to do everything I can to support her through this. If things go south, I'll assess the situation then.
