My dad, a principle, is in an argument with an alt-right alt account

Context: My dad is the principle of a well known private high school (has been in the news a couple times) in Seattle. He's not on reddit, but he's very liberal. He's a dad joke factory. He's also very honest and will answer any of my questions without hesitation.<br><br>Last week, my dad was in the news for the way he handled a situation with a teacher and a student. Essentially the teacher made some off-color comments and called a student a racial slur. The teacher apologized, the student forgave him, but my dad still disciplined the teacher. He was in the news for handling it correctly.<br><br>Fast forward to tonight, when this guy slurs my dad as a "pedophile" "child groomer" "pedophobe" "pedogate". (I'm assuming he's just calling him a pedophile but can't spell it properly.)<br><br>Literally the only reason this person is in an argument with my dad is because he handled a situation properly. He's currently arguing with other people in the thread, claiming he's *not* alt-right even though his comments have the "this user has previously posted in incel subreddits" tag.<br><br>I'm not gonna post his comments because I don't feel like giving him the satisfaction, but suffice to say, this person has a history of being rude and racist online. I've never ever seen someone call someone a pedophile before and this is such a classic case of "Projecting much?"<br><br>What really pisses me off is that my dad is genuinely *the best man I've ever met* and this person just has no decency. And he's still arguing with other people! <br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: Thank you for the kind words :) my father is a great guy, he really is. I understand that Reddit is generally a place for discourse and I don't usually call out people online. I've literally never had this problem before. But this man was calling my dad a pedophile for doing his *job* and I felt the need to speak up. Thank you again for your kind words :)
