Question for military guys.

My dad was a mechanic for the U.S. Army back in the 50’s and 60’s. He got out as a SGM. I have many of his old uniforms. Most of the insignia is gone but the rank is still sewn on one of his dress blues. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to get the other stripes he earned put on the uniform. I am not looking to wear it but to hang it up for memories sake. Any ideas? TIA
