If you think the bible is 100% true then you're part of the problem.

We as humans are here to find answers to questions outside of the given information. I could show you 20 different versions of the same sentence and they all say slightly different things. This is why I have a problem with people saying that the bible is 100% true. <br><br>If everyone in the world believed the bible was 100% true then there would be 8 billion different versions of it because none of you can agree what it actually says. And that's the point. I think it's genuinely crazy to think that a life over 2000 years ago was written down word for word accurately onto something physical like a book. <br><br>Do you know how much shit can happen between that length of time? To think that the written words and stories of Jesus weren't changed is crazy to think. From the translation of a story over 2000 years, you would expect a change in words and sentences being added or changed. But that's what makes it so interesting to read.<br><br>Honestly it's unbelieveabley annoying to hear people say things like 'we don't make mistakes' about the bible. Like that's the most ridiculous concept I have ever heard. If you think you never make mistakes in your life time then you are lying to yourself because as humans we are built to make mistakes.<br><br>Even the actual people who translated the bible in their own words said we changed words to show it in a different perspective. Like fuck off mate. How can you call this a holy book when you changed the actual words of it. You should be showing it in its original perspective. Not in your own.<br><br>If you think I'm an atheist then you're wrong. I do have a slight belief in god but I don't let it cloud my judgement over the world. I don't give a fuck what you want to believe because that's a choice you have made as a person. And everyone is entitled to that choice. But if you want to enforce your beliefs on people who don't want to hear it. Then fuck off mate.
