I got beat up by 2 black kids. I am also black. Did I face racial discrimination and bias?

To clarify I am black and I am not trying to obscure my race. I don’t want to give out my location. But I was on my school bus and these 2 boys got on the bus and started picking on this white kid. Then one got off at his stop and the other got off at mine and I talked to the other victim and told him he will be okay. He said thanks and then the black kid that was picking on him got off at my stop and said “I heard you and my brother talking” I said what. Then he and his brother which is my classmate started beating me up and I told them to stop. Then the black kid said stop racial descrimination. I got beat up. Do I have grounds for a lawsuit
