Israel blocks PA Arabs from Temple Mount

'Decision is an attack on worship and incitement against us,' it says<br><br>Israel has decided to forbid the entry of Palestinian Authority Arabs to the Temple Mount compound for a week, the latest move by Israel aimed at minimizing clashes in Jerusalem on Nakba Day and Jerusalem Day.<br><br>The ban, which was disclosed by official Palestinian Authority sources in Ramallah, will apparently be in place until May 20, the day after Jerusalem Day.<br><br>According to the sources, the decision will apply to everyone, including Waqf officials and regular worshipers from the PA.<br><br>Following the decision, the Palestinian Authority slammed the move, saying it was part of an Israeli attack to limit access to the Temple Mount.<br><br>"This decision is an attack on the right to worship and an incitement against us, and we see it as part of the aggression against Islamic holy sites and against the Palestinian people," an official PA source said.<br><br>The Israeli government recently imposed an age limit on PA Arabs, forbidding males under 40 from entering the Temple Mount.
