Stan Lee was a terrible person. His legacy is overrated and he does not deserve any of the praise he gets.

Lee spent his last years swindling millions of dollars from his fans, he stole from Disney and Marvel, and he was a creep who had a habit of harassing and groping women. He was also incredibly bigoted, and toward the end of his life he had dozens, if not over a hundred, of pending lawsuits against him from people he had scammed out of millions of dollars. He spent his last years being leached by bloodsuckers, and he was a money-grubbing leach himself.
