Saturdays I work at my buddies car wash doing some marketing for him. I spend time at local shelters moving things around and helping them out. This is great because of two reasons. One, you have something to do to help with your boredom. Two, you have people to talk to. If you spend time at local food banks or animal shelters they see you as a volunteer. This is something you can put on your resume. This is something you can ask for a letter of recommendation on. <br> <br>This may even turn into a job and at the least it is something to do to pass the time.<br><br>Edit - I had no idea this was going to get so many upvotes so if you are reading this thanks! I am actually a student teacher and I start student teaching in the fall.
