You shouldn’t buy your kids EVERYTHING they want. Happiness and getting what they want is great, but life isn’t like that.

Sometimes your kids want to do things that are unsuitable. Your child may be perfectly happy doing something wrong or unappropiate. But you shouldn’t let them do it just because it’ll make them happy. They may throw a tantrum and say “I HATE YOUU!!”, but it’s for the better. Once they grow up and understand why you did what you did, they’ll thank you for it. I’ve gone through this. Thank you to my parents :)
