New store?

I noticed that there are a few new shops (2) in my area that I have never seen before. Both are quite small and quite frankly, I can’t see them still being open in a few months. They both are very poorly organized and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to lift from them? I’m quite experienced with big stores, but I’ve never been in a smaller shop before.
