Why is it that in the US that half the time I go to a store half the products are gone? I live in New Jersey.

I just don’t understand how this is a problem in the US. I can’t find kraft macaroni and cheese at any grocery store and I’ve been to 5 already.

edit: it’s 2:14cm and I’ve received more than 3k comments. I get that I’m not the first person to bring this up, unfortunately.

I still have to go to the store. The issue isn’t that there is a shortage, it’s that I still have to go even though there is a shortage.

Early 30s, white, single mom, no kids, not crying, just wondering. I think I’m just more annoyed at the fact that I’m a ‘free’ country and I don’t have cheese for my daughter.

Thanks for the comments! Will keep looking.
