The 2 recent videos of police beating a black man in America are an example of how flooding our media with communist propaganda is becoming very successful

A few years ago I was listening to celebrities talk about the economy. One of them made a statement that the top 1% of wealthy people in America have more wealth than the bottom 99%. I thought that was ridiculous at first, but the more I thought about it, I realized it was true. Some of the wealthiest people in the country are billionaires. There are only 700 or so in the world, but many of them live in the United States. The world's richest person, Elon Musk, is an American. He is worth as much as the next seven richest people combined. There are a lot more millionaires than millionaires, but with just the top 8 people being worth the bottom 50% of Americans combined, that is very unfair. Now that is not the problem. The problem is that people are beginning to learn about communism as a viable option. Communism is a political system by which the community as a whole owns the resources, distributing them based on need. Communism is the Old Testament in application, but without any religious shame or fear of God. Communism is a system designed to make everyone equal. If you work, you receive equal reward. If all people are equal, why would anyone work extra hard? The communists know this, so they say that if you work extra hard, you get extra pay, but everyone gets the same anyway. It is a silly logic, but it is the only incentive they have to work hard. They need hard work from everyone. If everyone only did enough to get by, there would not be enough to go around -- they know this. The flaw in the system is that they would have to force people to work. It is not a free society. They have to command everyone what to do. Communism is not a free system. It looks good on paper but it is not a reality.

A good example of this is China. The communists took over the mainland in 1949. Not until 1978 did they let people have the freedom to work. In 1978, they were one of the poorest countries in the world -- and they are still a long way to go to get to the average of the developed countries. They are one of the richest countries in the world, but they have twice as many people as any country in the world. They have a long way to go to become a first world country, but based on communism alone, China would be a very, very poor country.

The idea of communism is good, but the practice is very bad. But it is a tempting idea. We can all be equal. I will be equal to Elon Musk. I will be treated with the same respect as the richest man in the world. I will have the same rights. I will have the same freedoms. But those are already true. In our country, if you do something wrong, you will be held accountable. Even if you are a billionaire. The difference is that the billionaire will be able to afford a better lawyer, so he might get away with things you would not. But that is not right.

I believe our justice system is designed to be equal, but our economy is not. But that is not the problem. The problem is that this is the only system that really works. So we have to accept inequality but work on fixing the legal problems. No one should get away with anything just because they can afford a better lawyer. We all deserve to be represented equally.

I bring all this up because the news is flooded with stories of police beating black men. They have been doing this for years. They are not beating black men out of racism, they are beating them out of anger. They are angry at the black men for resisting arrest, or for not obeying orders. The problem is that the police often have the wrong person to begin with. They will shoot or kill a black man because they were in the wrong house, or because they were in the wrong place and they thought they did something wrong. If a policeman makes a mistake and kills someone, they are punished. They might lose their job, or they might receive administrative leave. Administrative leave means they are still paid, but they cannot work as a policeman until the case is resolved. We do not have police brutality. We have police mistake. The police know their job is to do what they have to do to go home alive at the end of every day. But they have to take the risk of hurting a citizen. They usually do not mean to. They are scared, and they panic. Mistakes happen, and they know they might hurt someone. They know they might even have to kill them. But they should also know that if they make a mistake and hurt or kill someone, they will be held accountable. They have to make that decision on the spot, and they have to make it quick. It is not an easy decision.

I do not think that what the police did to Tyre Nichols was right. He was running away from them, and they caught him and started beating him. But I do not think they meant to kill him. I do not think they were racists, nor do I think they meant to beat him to death. They were angry, and they beat him too much. But if you sit back and think about it, where is the hate? Why do we have to carry so much hate? Why do we have to let our anger get this out of control? Can we not have peace? Is there really nothing we can do?

I believe that the best way to fight hate is to preach love. But the communists are not doing that. They are still preaching hate. There is nothing we can do about it, because they are celebrities and influencers. We cannot stop what they say, but we can choose whether or not to listen. We are better than this. We are better than hate.
