UPDATE: AITA for not letting my brother and his family moving in with me after making some remarks about my husband?

I previously posted about my brother’s remarks about my husband and my parents taking his side. My husband and I decided to let bygones be bygones and offer our help to my brother. But we want him to first to apologize. He did but we found out that he’s saying nasty things about my husband. We were so angry and decided to punish him. I won’t go into details about it but he was really mad.<br><br>My parents were also mad at us for not letting him move in with us. My husband was also moving out for two months to live with his parents and still my brother couldn’t move in with us.
