Anti-Semitism is alive and well in Turkey

It’s a pretty telling sign when a large banner is put up in a public space condemning Israel and supporting Palestine. Even more so when this banner is put up at the behest of the government. In Turkey. A country with a history of genocide against the Armenians. I’m not gonna say this because I’ve seen this so many times elsewhere, but this is anti-Semitism. This banner wouldn’t be put up if Israel were inhabited by black people or US citizens. This is purely in support of Palestine because they’re Palestinians; they’re Arabs; they’re Muslim; they’re enemies of Israel. <br><br>Don’t even get me started on the international support for Palestine. Massive. And yet when Palestine fires rockets into Israel, no one seems to realise it’s not just innocent people in Israel getting obliterated, it’s partly Israeli Arabs. They’re dying in the clashes when they have no stake in the conflict and no power to change their government’s actions. But, the world says nothing of Israel’s right to defend itself when Palestinians fire rockets at them and instead goes after Israel for its response. <br><br>At times like these, I find it rampant anti-Semitism. I don’t know why we even call it anti-Zionism. If the Palestinians were Zionist and the Israelis were anti-Zionist, everyone would tell Palestine to just fuck right off and stop being violent, and completely support Israel as a bastion of freedom in the desert. And you know what? That’s how it fucking should be the other way around. Whenever Israel fires a missile back at Palestine, every fucking journalist and activist is on the front lines, calling Israel racists, terrorists, and accusing them of war crimes. But whenever Palestine fires a rocket at Israel, I don’t see a single fucking mainstream media channel saying anything about it. It’s just a blank. <br><br>This is anti-Semitism. I’ve got no doubt about it. Israel is a country that has been there for 75 years and is recognised by the fucking UN. Everyone knows that the people of Israel aren’t just gonna pack up their bags and fly to the United States and let all the Palestinians come in. They’re not gonna fuck off any time soon. They deserve the same respect as any other country. But, they’re Jewish. They’re surrounded by countries full of people who hate Jews for a variety of reasons. <br><br>I am so fucking tired of this shit. I am so fucking tired of anti-Semitism. I am so fucking tired of people hating Jews. I am so fucking tired of the international media and governments and people justifying and supporting anti-Semitic terrorist regimes. I just want to scream and scream and scream, and fucking scream some more. I want to go out and smash every single fucking window and car windshield and burn their fucking flag and punch every single person who says they support Palestine. I’m not gonna do this because that would be wrong, but god fucking dammit, I’m so angry.<br><br>Fuck Palestine. Fuck the media. Fuck the UN. Fuck the fucking Pope. Fuck all you fucking anti-Semitic cunts.
