I teach 9-12 in a classroom setting. All of my classes have between 25-30 students, and most of them are damn near perfect.

How on EARTH do you teach these kids, even with 10-12 students or something. I get my attention split between 4-5 students when they need it at the same time. When their are 20-25 of them, it's damn near impossible.

How do you teach 30 kids? Or 25? We complain about 4-5 kids, and I understand I teach HS students and they teach younger kids, but wow. I thought this would be an interesting topic, how do you do it? How do you get them to pay attention? How do you make sure they are on the right task without you helping them every 2 seconds? How do you give them individual attention at some point during the day?
