Cant stop thinking about my daughter

I have a 14 years old daughter. Im 41 f. We are very close and i enjoy being around her. She always come to hug me and even now she slept next to me in my bed. I've been single for 5 years. We live alone. I dont know how it is in other places. I come from a very conservative and traditional country. Sometimes my best friend come to visit me with his 2 daughters 12 and 15. Sometimes my daughter has a sleepover in his house and vice versa. Its a weird question but i want to ask it. Are mothers attracted to their teenage daughters ? I cant stop thinking about her. Do i need to go to a therapist to solve this problem ?
