The polls are now open in Georgia, where anyone who had registered before October 11th is eligible to vote in today's runoff election for U.S. Senate.<br><br>Democrat Raphael Warnock defeated Republican Herschel Walker in November's general election, but failed to win 50% of the vote, forcing this runoff that concludes today. Early voting has already been higher than was seen in the general election, according to the Secretary of State's office. <br><br>Polls close at 8pm eastern time, and results should start to be reported shortly after.
