SpaceX’s Starship rocket completed several milestones and is now the most powerful rocket in use. It has broken Blue Origin’s New Glenn’s record for the most powerful rocket ever.

This was after SpaceX successfully completed Starship’s 10th high-altitude flight test above Boca Chica, Texas. It was able to touch down on its landing pad safely, both the first and second stages even landed upright.

SpaceX’s Starship rocket is now the world’s most powerful rocket with 17 million pounds of thrust. That is four times more than NASA’s SLS rocket has.

It is part of CEO Elon Musk’s vision of making humanity a multi-planetary species. The rocket is designed to take humans to the moon, Mars and other parts of the solar system with a technology that can be several times cheaper than what is available today.

SpaceX is hoping to use Starship to take both people and cargo to the moon, Mars, and other destinations in the solar system. It intends to do so at a much lower cost and speed than what is currently available, the report said.

Musk has said the first crewed mission of Starship could happen as soon as next year. However, he has also admitted he is not good at predicting timelines.

SpaceX is not the only one going to the moon. The US is dispatching astronauts back to the moon as part of its Artemis project.

NASA has selected SpaceX's Starship as the preferred lunar lander for the next moon mission. The agency has confirmed that it will be used to transport astronauts to and from the moon.

SpaceX is also competing with NASA for the first human moon mission in over 50 years. The company wants to send a human on a trip around the moon in 2024, a year before NASA's Artemis mission that will include the first woman on the moon.

NASA has been working on a heavy-lift rocket to transport astronauts and heavy cargo on deep space missions. It is currently testing the rocket and the Orion spacecraft that the astronauts will ride in.

The US is currently working on several projects to go to the moon. NASA has selected SpaceX's Starship to be used as the lunar lander on the next human moon mission. The US is competing with China for dominance in space exploration.

NASA has currently technology to go several hundred kilometers. However, with Starship, the US and SpaceX can explore the whole solar system. It is the first step to making humanity a multi-planetary species.

There are other several companies such as Blue Origin and Virgin Galactic competing in space as well.

SpaceX has successfully conducted a test flight of a reusable rocket that could take both people and cargo to the moon. Its Starship has broken several world records for the world’s most powerful rocket ever.

“That capability doesn't exist anywhere else in the world right now, we’re talking a rocket that will be capable of lifting 150 tons to low Earth orbit with a single launch,” said NASA’s Deputy Administrator, Pam Melroy.

SpaceX says these rockets are capable of taking people and cargo to the moon, Mars and other parts of the solar system.

SpaceX’s Starship rocket completed several milestones and is now the most powerful rocket in use.
