I stole something that was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars from my boss and I could not be happier

I was fired last week and I could not be happier. <br><br>I have been my bosses head of research and development for the past 5 years, in which he has made millions off of something I crafted together. <br><br>It was a recipe for a very specific type of supplement that he sold through his company. He did not know what ingredients were in it, and to this day he still has no idea. He would not allow me to take days off, and he would not allow me to bring anyone else on my team. Plus he would randomly call me throughout the night to ask me to come in to work. (I did not work a 9-5, I was paid by the hour, so I could work through the night if I wanted to; though he did not know I did this)<br><br> Plus he would not let me take any days off. In which I got a great idea. I was currently flying between to places. One was my home and the other was a big city that I liked to explore. So everyday when I went to work I was at the facility, which was in the big city. (This facility was to grow all the ingredients from the formula, which was a lot of ingredients)<br><br> So I had to go in to work everyday. But what my boss did not know is that I had access to all of the ingredient venders that I used to buy all the ingredients for this formula. I also had access to all the production equipment because I was head of research, which meant I had access to all the ingredients. Not only did I have access to the ingredients but also to all the proprietary equipment. I had access to the Foaming machine, the mulling machine, and drying machines Plus the bagging production line. Now the facility that grew all of our ingredients was in the big city so here is what I did. <br><br>Since I was currently flying between two places, I would work 5 days a week and then I would fly to my home the other 2 days. But here is the thing, I was actually flying to my home on my days off because I had so many vacation days left over. Plus he never checked the security cameras because all he cared about was the finished product. <br><br>So the days that I was actually off work but said I was flying home, I would actually be working. I started crafting together the ingredients that I had along with a few that I had ordered. These ingredients were of the highest quality just like his final product, and I had spent countless hours of R&amp;D on this different formula. In which today I finalized it. <br><br>So here was how it would work. I would buy ingredients in bulk from the vendors. I would also grow the ingredients in house at the facility. I would then blend together the ingredients along with the proprietary equipment. Then I would bag the formula into bags and then hide the bags around the facility and in my car. Now here is where the fun begins. I would leave work around 4pm, now my boss did not check the security cameras at the facility. So my boss and the other workers would leave around 4pm, but what they did not know is that I would return back around 6pm. <br><br>Now I had nothing to screen my formula from the IR camera in the facility, but the IR camera was only in one room. So I used the mulling machine along with the drying machine to dry out the formula completely. I would then put it into my bag and then I would screen the Foaming machine. The drying machines screen the Foaming machine. <br><br>I would then turn on the proprietary Foaming machine along with the mulling machine and Drying machine. I would then put the flowers into the mulling machine along with the formula that I dried earlier and I would set it to the specific settings. Then I would put the mull into the Drying machine along with the same settings. Then I would set it to the same settings in the Foaming machine. Then I would screen the bagging production line. I would then put the formula into the production line and I would set the settings to the same settings. <br><br>The reason I could not leave the facility was because of the smell. The formula that I had crafted together was not only a user friendly formula. But a formula that smelt amazing. The drying machines screen the Foaming machine. The production line Smells like moca vanilla. And the formula is a Chocolate mint formula. It not only smells amazing but also taste amazing. <br><br>I have spent 100s of hours on R&amp;D for this formula. And it is finally done. I have it done for months now, and I have been selling it. But I was so afraid of getting caught that I never crafted together the formula during work hours. But last week I decided that I would get caught no matter what. So I decided to craft together the formula during work hours. I would craft together the formula during work hours along with what I crafted together at night. <br><br>I have managed to sell over 100,000 dollars worth of it. Plus I have made 100,000 dollars worth of it. Plus I have spent over 20,000 dollars on the formula. So I have lost money here and there. But I could not be happier. I have made over 100,000 dollars since I have been selling it to people. Plus I have made over 100,000 dollars worth of the formula. <br><br>I have used the money that I have made to invest into other things. I have now gotten a bigger space so that I can produce more. Plus my boss fired me because he found out what I was doing. I honestly could not be more happy. I am free to do this full time now. He does not know the recipe for it. This could be a great way to pay my college loans off. I have used the money that I have made to pay some of it down, but I still a lot left over.
