i've heard it said that "kill all men" is an over-the-top rallying cry and that the real goal should be "equal rights for all humans", but i can't help but wonder if there are any benefits to men that would motivate them to join us

i was watching a documentary on the subject and the narrator was talking to a trans person and the person said something along the lines of "i want to kill all cisgender men who are transphobes, but i also want cisgender men in general to join us" and it got me thinking, what are the benefits of joining us and fighting against male supremacy?
