Would you choose to be a half-cog or a low-ranked human?

The question here is based on Plato’s allegory of the cave. In it, the half-cogs are human slaves who have the function of turning the large cogs that create the shadows (our reality). They can never look away from their work. Whether they know it or not, they are the butt of a cruel joke. <br> <br><br>Would you choose to be a half-cog or a low-ranked human? And why?
