How far out do you think the problem of food is?

With vertical farming, cellular agriculture, precision fermentation, and all the other technology coming out, I feel like we could have a post-scarcity food economy in 20-30 years. It seems like everything is being set up for a rapid shift away from traditional animal agriculture.
