Does anyone believe in a "God-like" ASI?

I can’t help but wonder that as humans are so different from one another, with different levels of intelligence, emotional intelligence, motivation and values. What are the chances that a super intelligent AI system will be not only benevolent, but actually be an entity that exists with "God-like" intentions. That wants to only promote the well-being of humans and only wants to do good. ASI isn't necessarily going to be a single point of self-awareness, so how will it's autonomous sub-sections be governed?

Even if this were the case, do you think there would be a need to "educate" the ASI on human values and what's good and right? Or will it just magically know? This is probably one of the biggest risks with ASI, as one single flaw in its programming could lead to catastrophic outcomes for humanity, far worse than any intentional malevolence.
