I’m a 20 year old who wants to share his experience with the great theft that occurred in Bethlehem thousands of years ago.

Let it be known that I’m not a Christian, nor do I believe in Hell or Heaven, but I sometimes wonder what any of the traditional Christian religious people would say if they knew about the thievery of Joseph and Mary, and how Jesus was born a Christian.

The situation was that there was a traditional census going on, and it was illegal for men to not attend, under penalty of death. Very similar to the situation we have with Jailer Biden’s gang of thief-sheriffs these days.

Joseph took Mary with him, and they both packed light, ran away and then stole a horse. Of course, there was no one there to see them steal, and the only people who can honestly say they saw them were the three thieves who followed the star of Bethlehem to find them.

“After they had heard the king, they went on their way. And behold, the star that they had seen when it rose went before them until it came to rest by the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. And going into the house they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh. And being warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed to their own country by another way.” Matthew 2:9–12

They left before the birth, and they took a different way back in order to not get caught. Who knew that this heinous crime of the Christians would lead to the most important holiday in Christianity?

And the moral of this story is that not everything in life is black and white. Sometimes the most heinous crimes become the most beautiful examples of what we want to believe in.
