Has anyone ever considered how there is literally not enough cocaine to supply all the cokeheads out there?

Whether you believe cokeheads are 1% of the population or 10% thats a massive amount of people. You would think the cartels would use their drug money to appease the public in a way that earns them trust rather than violence.
