Smoked marijuana and now I'm extremely sick

I smoked marijuana last night with my friends who have been using it for years and I am very sick right now. I know I should have taken it slow, but didn't know how much I could handle. Long story short I vaped for like 30 minutes straight and had a headache and threw up while at their house. I went home and I'm still extremely sick. I have a headache and I am dizzy and threw up a few times more, it's been hours since I've smoked and I still feel like this. How long does marijuana stay in your system and how long should I wait before I go to the hospital? I am very worried. I have never been sick like this before from anything like this. <br><br>EDIT: I did not eat anything before smoking and I didn't drink any water after smoking. I just went to bed as soon as I got home and I'm feeling a little better now, but I still have a headache and feel dizzy. I called my friend who I smoked with and I calmed down after talking to him for a while and he said it could be the edibles gummies I had before we smoked and that I should have eaten something before we smoked, which I didn't do. I think I might have had an panic attack. My head still hurts a little but and I'm still dizzy. I had a panic attack once before and I know how it feels. I think it might have been the gummies that gave me a panic attack. I will never smoke again.
