I’m flying across the Atlantic on a budget airline. Since it’s a long flight, I’m doing a 2 hour evening flight to their hub airport. Then I’m sleeping there till my 7 hour morning flight.

I’ve read that sleep is a lot better quality if you can sleep in an upright position. I’m going to have to use a travel pillow.

What’s the best travel pillow for back/chest sleeping? I’ve tried neck pillows, which are great for side sleeping, but aren’t good for back sleeping.

Is there anything better than a travel pillow? So far, I’ve thought about a sleeping bag for extra comfort, as well as a large sleeping blanket that is compact to carry, because I will have two carry on bags with me.

Any other ideas for improving comfort?
