I was talking to my boyfriend the other day about how my sister has a man problem. Like not just a man problem, more a boyfriend problem.

Anyway she was telling us about how she went out to a bar and got chatting with this guy and they got chatting. Then he started asking her about her period (I don't get the point of asking people that either, it's like they think you're going to go 'oh yeah, my period's coming tomorrow and it's going to last 2 weeks and it will be red and pink and green and it will cover me in blood and it will last for 25 days' and then they'll realise they're not interested in you. Anyway) and then she told me that he asked her if she'd give him head. She told him no and left. That's her whole man problem, that's literally the only guy she's met who has done that.

But my boyfriend (who is an awesome guy and I'm not just saying that because he's my boyfriend and I'm biased) told me that that's pretty tame and that his friend was raped by a guy she met at a bar, but that's obviously not the guy's fault as she was too drunk to remember much of anything.

Anyway, I was talking to my other friend who was telling me about how a girl she knows went to a party and came home with a black eye and some scratches and a bruise on her cheek, and I asked my boyfriend why he thought it happened, and he said 'probably because of the drink she had. It was a bottle of tequila and she'd finished it by herself and she was pretty out of it. I know that because I saw her and she was completely wasted.'

He didn't even seem bothered by it. He was just like 'oh yeah, she was pretty out of it. I know because I saw her.' Like 'oh yeah, it was raining this weekend.'

I was so fucking creeped out and I told him that I didn't like it and that I was disappointed in him for being like that, but he was like 'I wasn't trying to creep you out. I was just telling you about it.'

He then proceeded to tell me that his friend had been beaten up by a group of girls, and he said that the guy was completely shitfaced and that the girls were probably drunk as well and probably thought he was a good time, so they beat him up. He said that it probably happened at the end of the night when everyone had gotten pretty drunk.

Then he told me that he'd heard that the girl he was talking about probably started beating him up because of the way he was looking at her. He said that he'd heard that she looked really angry at him, and he thought that he probably had a 'fuck you' look on his face when he was talking to her, so she probably thought he was being creepy and jumped him.

I asked him what a 'fuck you' look was, and he was like 'you know. When a guy looks at a girl and is just like "fuck you", but not in a bad way. It means "I'm interested in you".'

Anyway, I told him that that was a creepy thing to say to me. I said that he was basically saying that it was my fault that the girl beat him up because I had rejected him and that he probably had a 'fuck you' look on his face when he was talking to her, so she probably thought I was creepy too.

He was like 'I know what you mean. It's a really weird way to look at people.'

I was like 'what do you mean you know what I mean? You said it! It was a weird thing to say!'

And he was like 'no I meant that it's a really weird way to look at people. I know that it was a weird thing to say to you.'

I said that he was making it sound like it wasn't a weird thing to say to me and he said that it wasn't.

I was like 'really? So if I walked up to some guy in the street and said that I was looking at him and had a "fuck you" look on my face, he wouldn't find that weird?'

He said that he would.

I said that he was being hypocritical.

He said that I was being tinfoil.

I asked him why he would think that saying something like that to me would make me think that you were tinfoil.

He said that it sounded like a conspiracy theory when I said it.

I said that he was being hypocritical again.

He said that he wasn't.

I said that he was, because if it was a conspiracy theory to say that to me, then it's a conspiracy theory to say it to anyone, so he should be consistent.

He said that it sounded like a conspiracy theory to anyone.

I asked him why he was being hypocritical then, and he just said 'I'm not.'

I was like 'so it doesn't sound like a conspiracy theory to anyone?'

And he was like 'no, it doesn't sound like a conspiracy theory to me either.'

And I was like 'so why did you say it sounded like a conspiracy theory when I said it?'

He said that he didn't.

I said that he did, so he was being hypocritical again.

He said that he wasn't.

I said that he was, because he said that it sounded like a conspiracy theory when I said it, but it doesn't sound like a conspiracy theory to him, so he was being hypocritical again.

And he just said 'I'm not.'
