I've been in the delivery industry for 10 years and have NEVER felt like this was the case

Last night I had a 10 hour workday, ran my ass off the whole time mostly driving on major state highways going 70mph. I was exhausted when I finished work. And I thought to myself, "this isn't real". I'm not talking just the fast food delivery I do for work, I mean everything in life. I've been doing this job for almost 10 years and something just feels different in life. The majority of the places I delivered last night were chain restaurants in big box stores. I went to this one mall with a lot of big chain stores and restaurants, including a Barnes and Noble. I don't remember seeing the Barnes and Noble before, but it has been there. I just don't remember seeing it before. And I thought to myself, "do people really go into book stores anymore?" And I park outside this place and watch a woman pick up her food from another food delivery driver, and I see a guy come walking out of Barnes and Noble carrying a bag from there, and I thought, this is it, really this is it, I thought. The man just left the book store. How strange does that feel?
