My 23f friend was raped on Saturday. Yesterday her mum said she is blaming herself for not being there and she wants to kill herself

I was with her until 2 am Saturday night and the man she was with brought her back home. He left and she told me she had to go to the bathroom so I went to sleep. I slept for 5 hours straight. <br><br>The police came to her home at 4 am and told her she was raped. I’m still in shock. <br><br>I feel guilty for not being there to protect her. She’s so scared to leave home. She doesn’t want to go anywhere or talk to anyone.
