I don't adhere to that one thing about screaming on the top of my lungs

You know that one thing where someone tells you to scream on the top of your lungs to vent out? Yeah I don't adhere to that. For me it doesn't help me at all because I don't like to scream, instead I just cry my ass out to vent out and it feels better. Well for me at least.
