CMV: The situation in Palestine is apartheid.

There is only one reason why Palestine has been occupied for 74 years. The reason is religion. The Occupiers are Jewish and they believe they have the right to occupy this land just because their God said so. They dont give a shit about the Palestinians who are mostly Muslim in that region (or Christians). The people in Israel have been brainwashed for generations that Palestinians are inferior to them and lesser human beings and therefore should be treated as second class citizens.<br><br>Israel has also annexed land from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria but the people there who are also Muslim/Christian are not being treated the way Palestinians are being treated. They are not being treated like second class citizens. They are treated as *third class citizens* in Israel. Palestinians are treated as *fourth class citizens*. Israelis see *themselves as first class citizens*. Why would *surely democratic Israel* treat different human beings differently? Because of Judaism. Why would they annex land from their neighboring countries and give that land to Palestinians to resettle in? Because Israel wants to keep the occupied land for themselves and will only give a portion of land to the occupied. Israelis want to keep the majority of the occupied land for themselves - they dont want to give the occupied majority back their land. They want to take the land for themselves forever and dont want to give it back to the Palestinians. Why would they do this if they werent racists? *Israel is a racist country*.<br><br>Also, what the fuck is this bullshit that you are *forced* to be in the military if you are an Israeli citizen? What the fuck is going on? We have been through this bullshit with the Germans in WW2 and nazism. This is not how a democracy functions. This is how a *dictatorship functions*.<br><br>As long as Israel is occupying land from their neighbors - Israel will NEVER EVER be a democracy. Israel is an apartheid state. It is not a democracy at all as it occupies land from their neighboring countries and their citizens are forced to join the military. It is an apartheid state. If you think Israel is a democracy then you are deluded as hell.<br><br>Edit: Israelis are not European. They are Middle Eastern. Why would a Middle Eastern country with *Middle Eastern people* speak European? Why would a Middle Eastern country with *Middle Eastern people* write in European? Why would they celebrate European holidays? Why would they dress up like Europeans? This is sheer lunacy. Why the fuck would *a Middle Eastern country with Middle Eastern people* be part of European sports leagues? Why the fuck would they join European university leagues? Why the fuck would they join the European union? Maybe it's because they hate their own heritage? They will always be seen as Middle Eastern people in Europe but they will never be seen as Europeans. In Israel they will always be seen as Middle Eastern people but they will never be seen as Middle Eastern.
