Why does everyone equate utilitarianism with putting a Black man on the front of the bus?

When I read the schizo ramblings of right-wing/confederate/capaeshit on this sub, I always see them talk about "utilitarianism is evil" and then go on to equate it to various forms of social justice such as making policemen kneel (it was a long ass time ago, don't worry about it).

Why do these people always assume that the moral value of a person is the color of their skin? Is it because they are secretly racist/confederates and only equate Blacks to being put down, and thus showing everyone how "evil" utilitarianism is?

Further, why do they think this is something you'd want in the first place? A bus driver is required by law to not run someone over, as not doing so would be in breach of legal contract. The driver isn't utilitarian in doing so, he is required by law to not be able to run someone over, and is obligated as part of the social contract.

It seems to me that the right-wing and other various forms ofкозни are highly ignorant of legal contract theory, and their perception of social contract theory is asinine.
