I got a brain tattoo at the height of the pandemic when I was struggling with depression and got fixes on the idea that my partner and I would get matching brain tattoos. The ink sinking into a fresh tattoo that's healed for a month is so excruciating it feels like a sharp migraine pain. I've had a few tattoos before and after this one and none of them are this painful. Be antisocial and get a brain tattoo if you want. I've never been so jealous of people with no tattoos before.
