What about people who can't wear masks?

I haven't traveled recently, but intend to very soon. For the past two-ish years, it's been very difficult for me to travel because people don't believe me when I say I have a medical exemption from masks. I have very bad anxiety that materializes as really bad migraines. Right when the pandemic started hitting the US, I had to fly to another country (I was already abroad, so the flight restrictions were going to make me miss my flight if I didn't go immediately). I told the airport staff that I couldn't wear a mask because it would give me a migraine, and they let me through. My migraines have also been mild since then.

I have been back in the US and Canada for the last year, and I feel safe enough to travel abroad again. I had no idea things were going to be like this that long! What will I do now that masks are required to be worn? Airlines won't let me through even if I tell them about my medical issues. I feel very anxious because I am supposed to go to Europe next month and I don't know if I'll be allowed to go through airport security.

If any of you also have medical exemptions from masks, how have your travel experiences been?

tldr: I have migraines from wearing masks and I have never been believed by airport staff. How will I travel if I'm not allowed to fly without a mask?
